Sizing

European sizing must be taken into account when ordering. As an example, if your child is small for his or her age, sizes run true to size. If your child is large for his or her age, we do recommend that you order one size up. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to call our customer service department.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns

In the event that you receive an item that is defective or unsatisfactory, please return said item within 30 days of receipt to ensure full credit or refund. If the item does not fit as expected, an exchange can be requested within 10 days of receipt. All items must be returned in new, unwashed, unworn condition to ensure exchange or credit. Please include the original packing slip and an explanation for the return clearly noted and keep a photocopy for your records. You can expect to receive a merchandise credit or refund for the items you returned within 30 days of receipt of your package. Credit card accounts will be credited when the return is processed and will appear within 1-2 billing cycles.

Exchanges

All exchanges will be credited against the original form of payment. A new order will then be placed and billed to the original form of payment. If the size you requested is not readily available and needs to be shipped from our factory, you will receive notification by email or phone.

Shipping and Handling

In stock items are generally shipped within 4 days. Ground shipments may take as many as 8-12 days to arrive. We also offer express 2-day and overnight delivery. Saturday delivery for 2-day and overnight shipments is available for an additional fee and can only be arranged by calling customer service at 415.932.6028. Backordered items may take up to four weeks for delivery. Please contact us if you have questions regarding your order.

Payments

We accept most major credit cards. All orders will be charged in U.S. dollars.
