Contact information from the order form is used to send your orders. Financial information (credit card information) that is collected is used to bill customers for products. "PLAY" does not store credit card information. We use a third party company for credit card processing for online purchases and this company also does not retain, share or store identifiable information.

If you have subscribed to our email list, you may occasionally receive information about new items, promotions and special offers that we think may be valuable. If you would like to be removed from our email list and do not wish to receive future mailings from "PLAY", send an email to customerservice@playalexander.com with 'Please Remove' in the subject header of the email. Please allow up to two weeks for your request to be processed.
